The Stargazer is a poisonous fish with eyes on the top of its skull. With its body buried in the sand they also have a worm like lure to attract and ambush prey. They have a electric pulse from their bodies for defense.

They are found in shallow waters all over the world.
They can grow up to 90 cm and can weigh from 1.5-9 kg. Their diet includes fish and crustaceans.

The snakehead is a predatory fish with a long and slender body, and a protruding lower jaw. It weighs in the range of 10 lbs to 15 lbs and can grow to 3 ft. It is usually found throughout Asia.

The snakehead ambushes its prey (fish, frogs, snakes and crustaceans) in grassy areas. The snakehead is displacing native fish. It can survive out of water for four days and can move around to find new environments.

Mako vs Black tip




The Mako shark and the Black tip reef shark are both predators of the ocean, and they both eat bony fish. The Mako is built for speed, agility and can grow to 13 ft, 1,750 lbs. The black tip can grow to 5.2 ft and can weigh up to 25 lbs. They live in tropical coral reefs while the Mako's live in the gulf and Canadian waters. Makos have long slender smooth teeth while the black tip's teeth have serrated edges with a smooth base.

Tiger shark


The Tiger shark is one of the largest species of shark in the oceans. They can reach lengths from 3.3 m (11 ft) to 4.3 m (14 ft) and weight up to 544 kg. Some believe that they can reach up to 7.4 m ( 24 ft) that weighs up to 900 kg.

They're found world wide in tropical waters, such as the western Atlantic, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Bahamas. They eat fish, other sharks, sea otters and seabirds; they also been found eating garbage. Tiger sharks have sharp serrated teeth for tearing and ripping prey.

The Tiger shark is ranked second in the shark attacks on humans according to the International Shark Attack Files. The only shark that ranks higher is the Great white.

Frilled Shark


The Frilled Shark is an ancient living species, which is also rare. It is a shark that lives in all of the deep waters of the world. It lives at depths up to 1,570 m ( 5,150 ft.) It can reach lengths up to 6.6 ft, it also has an eel like tail. We have little information about the sharks weight, because of the rare sightings.

The Frilled Shark's diet is composed of cephalopods and Teleost fish, it has 300 trident shaped teeth arranged into about 25 rows. This species dates back to the Late Cretaceous or possibly the Late Jurassic period.

Colosal Squid


The Colossal squid is the largest invertebrate in the world; it can measure from 36 ft up to 46 ft.
The weight of the Colossal squid can measure up to 495 kg (1978 lbs). The Colossal squid's diet includes large fish like the Chaetognatha and the Patagonia tooth fish. It also preys on other squids. The Colossal squid's range extends from Antarctica to South America and to the southern tip of New Zealand.

Megalodon


The Megalodon's size is determined by the size of its tooth. The Megalodon's weight is determined by it's length according to several formulas.

They lived in the Mioune and Plioune eras about 1.6 million years ago. The megalodon can weigh 47 to 103 metric tons ;sharks eat about two percent in body weight. Scientist estimate that the Megalodon could be up to 50 to 100 feet in length.
